Sustainable Transformations provides companies and entrepreneurs with the guidance they need to keep up with an ever-changing world through business counseling and training in sustainable strategic planning, business operations and marketing communications.

Sustainable Transformations was started as a branch of Vantage Business Solutions, LLC in May of 2009 to increase the focus on the company's consulting services in the area of business sustainability.

Sustainable Transformations is a member of The Pikes Peak Sustainable Business Network.

Who are we?

Heather L. Kelly, MBA

Heather is the majority owner and President of Sustainable Transformations and Vantage Business Solutions, LLC. She began her efforts with sustainability issues over 15 years ago when she worked for the Union County Utilities Authority in New Jersey. Since that time, Heather has held management and technical positions for start-ups, large corporations, and non-profit organizations. Heather is the guiding force at Sustainable Transformations where she provides business and sustainability counseling and training.

Edwin D. Kelly

Edwin is co-owner of Vantage Business Solutions, LLC. He works for an international manufacturing company and offers Sustainable Transformations insight on efficient manufacturing.

John M. Bushby, MBA

With an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and numerous years of experience in corporations of various sizes, John provides Sustainable Transformations with a strong financial and international business resource.

Megan R. Morgan, MSEd

Megan is well versed in education and the biological sciences. She has taught both Biology and Environmental Science to children of all ages in both a highschool and non-profit settings, and now advises us on the science behind all things environmental.
